We met Beau about 9 years ago when he was the seller’s agent of our first apartment purchase. We found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly and professional during that process. Afterwards, Beau continued to send us mail and emails with market updates and various real estate offerings and sales.

He took great care in having a professional designer and photographer come to our apartment to create an amazing listing for our property. He added little touches to enhance the apartment’s desirability, such as adding flowering plants throughout the apartment.
We are thrilled with our new apartment and we give Beau a lot of credit for sticking with us through the process of identifying an apartment that was perfect for us in terms of location, size, affordability and ambiance. During the entire process of both sale and purchase, Beau was there to calm our nerves, talk us through issues and help us get excellent end results.
