It’s been difficult for me to write about Beau because I have come to think so highly of him that I worried anything I wrote would sound exaggerated. However, phrases like “exceptional,” brilliant,” and “remarkable” aren’t hyperbolic when it comes to Beau. He truly is all of those things and more. Beau is hands down the best broker I’ve ever worked with (and I’ve worked with quite a few). Not only is he knowledgeable and experienced, he is incredibly intelligent. He is an expert  strategic thinker and excellent creative problem solver. When you combine these traits with his tireless dedication, you get something truly out of the ordinary. And in my case, I needed someone who was better than good to get the job done. Because of a complicated situation in my building, I worried that I wouldn’t be able to sell my coop. In fact, I had neighbors who wanted to sell their units but they didn’t think it was possible given the building’s circumstances. Beau navigated the challenges with the sale masterfully. I genuinely believe no one else could have done what he did. I’m not sure anyone else would have been patient enough, much less skilled enough to handle that sale! And did I mention that before I sold my place, Beau helped me through an entire remodel from start to finish? To say that he went “above and beyond” doesn’t begin to cover what he did for me. Again, this will sound like a hyperbole, but I don’t think I can express how grateful I am to Beau for everything he did for me during this sale. Not only is he a superb broker, Beau is a genuinely good human being. After being in NYC for years, I’ve unfortunately become fairly jaded about working with people. Beau earned my trust and if you’re lucky enough to work with him he will earn yours too. After reading the testimonials on his website, you may be wondering whether he is “too good to be true.” But believe me, if you work with him, you’ll find yourself lining up to sing his praises just like the rest of his clients.
